If you're having trouble installing your Orbi WiFi System with the Orbi app, reboot your modem and try again:

1. Disconnect your Orbi WiFi System's router from the modem if it is already connected.

2. Before connecting your router, reboot your modem.

3. Use an Ethernet cable to connect your modem to the Internet port of your router after it has rebooted.

4. Use the Orbi app to reinstall your Orbi WiFi System.
